Location Data

If you enable GPS auto-logging (Premium Enterprise feature), we collect:

  • GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude)
  • Timestamp of location pings
  • Location accuracy data
  • Speed and heading information (if available)

Location data is collected only when you explicitly enable GPS tracking and grant location permissions. This data is used solely for geofence detection and automatic arrival/departure logging.

Business Data

You may upload and store various business data, including:

  • Customer and facility information
  • Load and detention records
  • Photos and documents (evidence)
  • Invoice and billing information

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Send technical notices, updates, and support messages
  • Respond to your comments and questions
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues
  • Enable GPS-based geofence tracking and automatic event logging (with your explicit consent)
  • Generate analytics and usage reports (aggregated and anonymized)

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate the Service:

Stripe (Payment Processing)

Neon (Database Hosting)

Our database is hosted on Neon (PostgreSQL). Data is stored in compliance with their security standards and data processing agreements.

Vercel (Hosting & Infrastructure)

5. User Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: You can access and review your account information at any time through the Service
  • Correction: You can update your account information directly in the Service settings

  • Export: You can export your business data (loads, detention records, etc.) at any time
  • Location Data: You can disable GPS tracking at any time, and location history can be deleted upon request
  • Opt-Out: You can opt out of marketing emails while still receiving essential service communications

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session and improve the Service. Cookies are small data files stored on your device. We use:

  • Essential Cookies: Required for the Service to function, including authentication and session management
  • Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how users interact with the Service (anonymized)

7. Data Retention
